No, parking is not included. You can ask us to add a parking to your reservation ($) and we will look up the availability for you. Our indoor parking is situated right beneath the building and elevators are located on the first and third levels of the garage. Stairs are accessible at every level of the building, including each level of the parking. The fees before taxes, per night, are of 15$CAD for 1 night, 13$CAD from 2 to 6 nights, 10$CAD from 7 to 29 nights, and 165$ total for 30 nights.
Yes, for a unlimited period of time in our hotel-apartments. We can accept reservations as long as we have availability.

Yes. Our Studios (32m² or 345f²) and Junior Suites (36m² or 390f²) are open space apartments, but we also offer a couple of options with one or two closed bedroom(s) : the first is an apartment with one bedroom (51m² or 550f²) which includes either one or two double beds and a sofa-bed, and the second is an apartment with two closed bedrooms (90m² or 969f²) including three beds and a sofa-bed. That last option is only possible on our building at 1400 Avenue des Pins West.
You may cancel or modify your reservation without penalty if you notify us at least 8 days prior to your arrival.
A prepayment fee of one night, at the one-night rate (reservation of 1 to 14 night) or a fee equivalent to 10% of the total fee of the reservation after taxes (15 nights or more) will be charged on your credit card 7 days before your arrival in order to guarantee your reservation in case of cancellation. Should you cancel less than 8 days before your scheduled arrival date, the prepayment that was charged will cover the cancellation fees.
Otherwise, the balance for the full stay (for reservations of 30 nights and less) or the balance of the first 30 nights (31 nights and more) is payable upon check-in.
A third party can reserve for you with their own credit card, in order to guarantee your reservation and cover the prepayment fees. Other payment methods can be used to pay the balance upon arrival. The third party will have to fill out an authorization form, which must be sent back to us before the arrival date in order to confirm your reservation and a guarantee for incidentals.
You will need to fill out a special credit card authorization form that we will send you either by fax or by e-mail. This document will need to be sent back to us as soon as possible before the scheduled arrival date in order for us to confirm the reservation.
Yes, as long as you arrive during the opening hours of the reception. The day reception is open from 9AM to 7PM from Monday to Friday and from 9:30AM to 4:30PM during the weekend. Once the day reception is closed, the night reception takes over every night until 5AM, directly in the lobby.
You will have to notify us beforehand if you want to have access cards made ready for the guest(s) you are expecting. We will ask the name of the guest(s) as well as the date on which they are supposed to arrive, and we will keep the cards at the front desk until their arrival.
No, breakfast is not included. However, each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette : the kitchenette includes an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, dishes and cutlery, pots and pans. Our building is also situated within walking distance from two grocery stores (Metro and Provigo).
Guests of the hotel apartments are granted access to our rooftop terrace, the Salon Thalia, the gym, the indoor pool and the sauna. Tenants of apartments with leases get access to the same amenities, except for the gym : access to it can be granted by getting a yearly membership ($).
Yes, we have 3 studios communicating with one bedroom apartments. You can let us know while making your reservation that you would like adjoining apartments, so we can verify our availabilities.
Our apartments are guaranteed for 3:00 PM. Should you arrive earlier, you may store your belongings in our luggage room until the apartment is ready for you to move in. It might be possible for the apartment to be ready earlier, in which case we can give you the access cards before 3:00PM ; please note, however, that this is not always possible.
The check-out time for the apartment is before 11:00 AM. Any request for a late check-out must be made on the morning of the day of your departure and must be approved by a member of the front desk. The latest possible check-out time is 3:00PM, if available ; an additional night might be charged if the check-out is made later than that hour.
Please note that we can never guarantee that a late check-out will be possible.
No, cleaning service is not included, which means there are no change of towels or bed sheets for reservations in our standard apartments. A starting set of towels, bed sheets, tissues, etc. is placed in our apartments prior to guests’ arrival, but as we are a hotel apartment, guests are responsible for the cleaning of their apartment during the whole stay. However, we offer cleaning service at an extra cost which is available upon request. There is also a laundry room (paid service) that you can use on the first floor of the building. The laundry cards are available at the reception desk. Otherwise, it is also possible to reserve a VIP apartment : these apartments include a change of towels every two days as well as a weekly cleaning service for stays of 15 nights or more. We invite you to contact us if you want more information about this type of apartment.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will have everything you requested (high floor apartment, balcony, specific apartment, etc…). We guarantee that you will have the type of apartment you reserved (Studio, Junior Suite or One-bedroom), unless you get are outclassed. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but this depends on our availabilities.
For apartments with leases, animals are tolerated, but they have to be approved by the management.
For the hotel-apartments, animals are accepted only in standard apartments and additional fees have to be charged. A base fee of 26$CAD+taxes is charged for each animal, to which is added a fee of 1$+taxes per day, per animal. Animals are not allowed in VIP apartments.
Unfortunately, we only accept canadian money as payment. You can still pay with a foreign credit card as long as it’s a Visa, Discover, UnionPay or Mastercard.
